Legal Policies

1. Personal Data Collected
We collect information submitted by parents/guardians including names, emails, phone numbers, student names, ages, gender, schools, and grade levels. Additional data is collected through forms, purchases, or portal activity.

2. Student Privacy & Parental Consent
All data about minors is collected through parent/guardian submission. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 without adult authorization.

3. Use of Data
We use personal data to:

  • Process applications and enrollments

  • Deliver educational content and support

  • Issue invoices, confirmations, and reports

  • Send updates, promotions, and announcements

  • Improve platform functionality and program design

4. Storage & Protection
Data is securely stored using third-party services including Stripe, Google, and KIT. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

5. Tracking & Analytics
We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and cookies to monitor site usage and improve user experience. Users can disable cookies through their browser settings.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Select third-party services are used for operational purposes under confidentiality agreements. Your data is not shared with sponsors or advertisers.

7. Opt-Out & Removal
You may unsubscribe from emails at any time. You can request data deletion or access corrections by emailing info@KingswayYEA.org.

8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to support program participation, alumni tracking, or legal obligations.

9. Media & Testimonial Use
Photos, videos, and testimonials may be shared publicly with prior parental/guardian consent, collected during enrollment. Opt-out requests must be submitted in writing before program start.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.KingswayYEA.org ("Site"), operated by The Accent Movement LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property
All content including but not limited to text, curriculum, videos, images, designs, logos, and trademarks on the Site or delivered through KYEA programs is the intellectual property of The Accent Movement LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content without written permission.

3. User Access & Responsibilities
Users who create accounts are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Unauthorized account sharing or access may result in suspension. Students and parents agree to use the platform respectfully and for its intended educational purpose.

4. Community Behavior
All users must behave respectfully in live sessions, chat features, comments, and online communities. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Course Access & Participation
All program access begins upon successful payment. KYEA reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or content to best serve educational outcomes. Missed classes are not eligible for credit or refund.

6. Payment & Refund Policy
Monthly payments are non-refundable. Families may cancel at any time, with access valid until the end of the billing cycle. Pay-in-full participants are eligible for a partial refund within the first 30 days (minus fees). All refunds must be requested in writing. See full Refund Policy for details.

7. Scholarships & Discounts
Merit- and need-based scholarships are available to U.S. families with household incomes under $50,000/year. All awards are final, non-transferable, and subject to availability.

8. Termination of Access
KYEA reserves the right to remove students for non-payment, breach of terms, misconduct, or intellectual property violations. Suspensions may be temporary or permanent at KYEA’s sole discretion.

9. Non-Transferability
Program access is granted only to the enrolled student and may not be shared or transferred without written approval.

10. Electronic Communications Consent
By enrolling, you agree to receive all communications electronically including program updates, reports, and legal notices.

11. Dispute Resolution
All legal matters shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration before litigation.

12. Force Majeure
KYEA shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, illness, government actions, or technology failure.

KYEA does not offer accredited coursework or guarantee academic or business outcomes. Testimonials represent personal experiences, not typical results.

2. Third-Party Services
We use platforms like Zoom, Stripe, Calendly, and Google. Use of these services is subject to their terms.

3. Results Disclaimer
KYEA helps students develop business skills and confidence. Results depend on effort, participation, and external circumstances.

KYEA may share student images, recordings, or quotes in public-facing materials including newsletters, websites, and social media. Consent is collected during enrollment. Parents may withdraw permission in writing at any time.
